Discover Abama Beach
Playa Abama is a small golden sand beach on the southwest coast hidden below the Ritz-Carlton hotel.
The beach is protected by a rocky cove and breakwater, which keeps the water calm, without strong currents or waves. Entry to the turquoise water is gradual, and the area is often sunny and sheltered from the wind.
On the left side, there’s a jetty where you can jump into the water or use a ladder to climb in. It’s also a nice spot for snorkeling.
From the beach, you can enjoy a nice view of La Gomera on the horizon and stay for one of the best sunsets in Tenerife.
