The Coast Path El Pris – Mesa del Mar offers a beautiful and peaceful walk along the northern coast of Tenerife, covering a distance of 2.5 km. This scenic coastal trail connects the charming fishing village of El Pris with the town of Mesa del Mar, showcasing dramatic ocean views and unique natural features.

- Stunning Views: The trail offers breathtaking views of Mount El Teide, the ocean, and surrounding landscapes.
- Natural Pools: Along the path, you’ll find two natural pools fed by the ocean, perfect for a refreshing swim in crystal-clear water.
- Black Sand Beach: Both towns have beaches with black volcanic sand, providing a perfect spot for sunbathing and enjoying the surroundings.
- Picnic & Relaxation Areas: Along the path, there are several picnic areas, making it a great spot to relax and enjoy the natural beauty.
- Diverse Terrain: The path is mostly easy to walk but includes a few rocky areas. It is not suitable for prams or wheelchairs due to stairs and uneven terrain.
- Restaurants & Local Cuisine: Enjoy Canarian food in El Pris, where you’ll find a local restaurant and small supermarket. In Mesa del Mar, there is a large natural pool and beach.
How to Get Here
By Car: Take the TF-5 highway toward El Pris or Mesa del Mar. Parking is available at both ends of the trail.
By Bus: Take bus line 23 to El Pris or bus line 21 to Mesa del Mar.
