Discover Playa de La Nea

Playa de la Nea is located on the south coast of Tenerife, in the town of Radazul, about 10 km from Santa Cruz de Tenerife. It is easily accessible by highway. The beach stretches 300 meters in length and features coarse dark sand with small pebbles. The entrance to the water is gradual and safe, with clear water and no protruding rocks. A breakwater protects the beach from strong waves, making it a good spot for swimming — even for children.

Additionally, you can take a 2 km walk along the coast to Tabaiba, where you’ll find a pool with ocean water and a shipwreck submerged beneath the surface.

Facilities & Services

The beach has a local vibe, with a bar serving affordable drinks and snacks.

Although there are no sunbeds or parasols for rent, the beach is still a nice place to relax.

For further amenities, you can walk to the town, where you’ll find restaurants and a supermarket (about a 10-minute walk).
