The Rambla de Castro Coastal Walk is one of the most beautiful seaside routes in northern Tenerife, running between Mirador Playa Los Roques and Mirador San Pedro.
This easy, scenic trail follows rugged cliffs, black sand beaches, banana plantations, and palm groves, with constant views of the Atlantic Ocean.
Along the way, you’ll discover historic landmarks like the Gordejuela Water Elevator, La Casona de los Castro, and the San Fernando Fort.
It’s a relaxing walk where nature and history blend perfectly, just a few minutes from Puerto de la Cruz.

How to Get Here
By Car
Take the TF-5 highway towards Los Realejos.
Park near the Mirador Playa Los Roques viewpoint — there is free street parking available.
From the parking, walk to the viewpoint to enjoy the scenery, then continue a few minutes through the residential area to join the official trail at coordinates 28.401354, -16.580541.
By Bus
TITSA bus 381 towards Icod de los Vinos. Get off at the La Dehesa and from the bus stop, walk about 10 minutes to Mirador Playa Los Roques.
