Alcalá’s natural pools are on the west coast of Tenerife, offering a calm and refreshing swimming experience. Unlike the nearby beaches, these pools are protected from waves, making them ideal for relaxing, swimming, and snorkeling.
Access to the pools is easy, with natural rock formations creating comfortable entry points into the water.
These pools are located on both sides of Playa la Jaquita, along the coastal walk.

In addition, there is a 2 km-long coast path that runs along the coastline, offering beautiful views and access to other spots in the area. This path also includes a children’s playground and a skatepark.

Drive to Playa la Jaquita in Alcalá. Free parking is available nearby.
Take bus lines 473, 477, 493, or 494 to Alcalá.
